Shipping and Returns

RETURNS

Please notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving your parcel if the item is Faulty so we can organise a replacement for you.

Refunds will not be given for change of mind (change of mind includes size, colour, style etc.. )

We are happy to exchange your item(s) for another product of the same value. Return postage will be covered by you and there will be $9.95 - $12.95 re-shipping fee depending on the shipping method used.. Please see below for instructions. 

  1. Contact Us via the contact us page, Facebook or Instagram for a return shipping address.

  2. Shipping Costs to be covered by the customer, if you have paid through pay-pal you can claim the return shipping cost through them (We do not supply return labels)

  3. Your new product will be shipped upon arrival of your return. (Refunds are Not Available, unless the item is faulty)

  4. Please provide Order Name, Order Email or Order Number in your parcel and the new item required for reference .

  5. Items must be returned to us within 2 weeks of receiving your parcel, 4 weeks for International purchases.

  6. Items must be returned in Original Condition, unworn and tags attached.

  7. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once you parcel has arrived back. Please keep your tracking number provided by your post office .

 

All sale items, headbands and hair clips are final. We do NOT offer change of mind refunds or exchanges on any sale items headbands and hair clips.
